This is a renewable 3-month commitment. Please accept the $25 setup fee below by checking the box. Then select the space type(s) you prefer. For booth spaces, square footage and cost will be calculated upon day of in-person signature.

$1.65/sq ft

Monthly fee + 15% of monthly sales.

Nook Space

$50/mo

Monthly fee + 15% of monthly sales.

Consignment

25% of sale

90 days space held.

Check each platform where you give New River Vendors Village permission to share photos of you and your items.

WE PREFER VENDOR FEES BE PAID IN CASH.
IF PAYING BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, 3% FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM SALES THE FOLLOWING MONTH.

CHECKS ARE AVAILABLE BY THE 15TH IN YOUR VENDOR FOLDER. TO MAIL CHECKS, PLEASE PUT A SELF ADDRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE IN YOUR VENDOR FOLDER.

Signature: If your application is approved, we'll ask you to come to the store to sign and date your vendor agreement in person. No signature is needed on this form.

We do not accept physical items for review.
